When you live in such a gorgeous area you can do things like this spontaneously one afternoon...

This is Ben playing in the Boiling Hole of the Mayo River at 85 cfs, an hour north of Greensboro (we crossed the state line into VA then back into NC!) It had great flow for him to play in, was really easy to find, and just off the beaten path enough to keep out the local rif-raff.
